Easy To Make Christmas Signs To Decorate Your Home

November 23, 2021 by Shellie Wilson

Words are powerful so what better way to set the mood for this year’s holiday season than with a gorgeous Christmas sign? Christmas is a busy season when it comes to expenses, so making your own sign is a great way to keep them in check without compromising your festive decor.

These DIY Christmas signs are easy to make and require inexpensive supplies. The results are gorgeous! I am sure your family and guests will be impressed with your crafting skills.

A Christmas sign is super versatile: it can add some holiday cheer to your front porch, create pretty background decor for your Christmas tree or add the seasonal festive touch to your mantel.

Fabric and wood are often used to make Christmas signs which is great, especially if you have some scraps on your hands. I love crafting, so I can totally see this as a yearly family tradition. Check out my collection of DIY Christmas signs and let’s get ready for the holidays!

Hidden Storage Fake Books – Why You Need Them

I am absolutely in love with these color-styled hidden storage books. They are one of those home decor finds that instantly make a shelf or coffee table look more styled, more thoughtful, and a little more expensive. Which color would you get?

What makes them so appealing is that they are not just decorative. Each faux book opens up to reveal hidden storage, which means they are doing double duty as both decor and a practical way to tuck away little bits of everyday clutter. I love anything that helps a space look beautiful while still being useful, and these do exactly that.

The blue tones in this set are especially lovely. They feel calm, elegant, and easy to blend into so many decor styles, from modern and coastal through to classic or vintage-inspired spaces. They have that curated designer look that makes it seem like you have carefully styled every corner of your home.

These are the kind of pieces that make me ridiculously happy because they solve a problem without looking like storage. You can use them to hide remotes, notes, keepsakes, or all those random little things that never seem to have a proper home. Instead of adding more baskets or boxes, you get something that looks polished and intentional.

I think that is why I am so taken with them. They are pretty, clever, and practical all at once. For anyone who loves styled bookshelves, beautiful coffee table decor, or home accessories that secretly work harder than they look, these hidden storage books are such a fun find.
