DIY Metal Aging Paste Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of baking soda
2 tablespoons of salt
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1/4 cup of water
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix the baking soda and salt.
Add the vinegar and stir until the mixture becomes paste-like.
Slowly add the water until the mixture becomes smooth.
Apply the paste to your metal surface with a paintbrush.
Let the paste dry for 1-2 hours, then rinse off with warm water and dry completely.
DIY Wood Stain Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup of brewed coffee
1 cup of black tea
Steel wool
Vinegar
Glass jar with a lid
Instructions:
In a glass jar, place a piece of steel wool and fill it with the brewed coffee and black tea.
Let the mixture sit for at least 24 hours.
In a separate glass jar, mix equal parts of vinegar and water.
Apply the vinegar and water mixture to your wood surface with a paintbrush.
Let the surface dry for a few minutes, then apply the steel wool mixture with a paintbrush.
Let the wood dry completely before applying a protective coat of sealant.
DIY Aged Fabric Stain Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup of black coffee
1 cup of black tea
1/4 cup of table salt
Spray bottle
Instructions:
In a spray bottle, mix the black coffee, black tea, and table salt.
Shake well to combine.
Spray the fabric with the mixture, making sure to cover the entire surface.
Let the fabric sit for at least 1 hour.
Rinse the fabric with cold water until the water runs clear.
Hang the fabric to dry in a well-ventilated area.
