Fun Family Crafts: New Blog

August 2, 2011 by Amanda Formaro

Is it okay if I toot my own horn for a minute? I’ve been busy in the background building a site. A library of family friendly craft projects submitted by bloggers and viewers alike. It’s similar in concept to Craftgawker or Spotlight, but on Fun Family Crafts I only feature tutorials, and those tutorials must be something kids can make or something an adult makes for kids. Games, crafts, activities, you get the idea. Think play dough, paper plate animals, teen jewelry projects, and sock puppets.

Another fun feature is the “craft box”. When you click on a photo of a craft that’s featured, you will see a little thumbs up icon just below the craft title that says “save to craft box”. This allows logged in members (membership is totally free!) to save their favorites and be able to come back to them time and time again.

So now I’m looking for your submissions! Ready to share your kid themed craft posts with the Fun Family Crafts audience? It’s easy to do and means more exposure for your blog. Simply go to Fun Family Crafts and click on the “register” button at the top of the page. You should be taken to the submit page, or you can click the submit button, and then start sending in your goodies! Looking forward to seeing all the great kid’s crafts you share.
