Recycled Magazine Mirror

I have been wanting to make something like this for several years, ever since I chaperoned one of my daughter’s field trips in Chicago. We were at the Art Institute in the gift shop and saw a couple of high priced picture frames made with tiny little roll pieces of magazine pages. Very cool, but out of my price range. I knew they were something I could make, but it remains on my to do list today. I spotted this fabulous mirror complete with tutorial over at Fleeting Thing.   1. I am in the process of making one now… One that I’ve never seen made! I’ll surprise you! But I too was inspired by Chicago! It looking good but it’s a full length oval mirror so it’s very time consuming!
