blocked-toilet

Spotted on the Art Of Manliness blog (what a name!), this secret plumber trick is one in many ways in which you can unclog a rather sticky situation – a heavily clogged toilet!

The trick is to:

1. Add some dishwashing soap to the toilet bowl.

2. Add some hot water.

3. Leave it for 10-15 minutes and flush.

How cool!

Let us know if this works for you!

Thank you so much! I live in an apartment in Brooklyn with a landlord that cares nothing of his residents. When my toilet started to back up a little I braced myself, I can’t even talk to the guy. So I turned to my trusty pinterest community. Now, thanks to this post, my toilet flushes perfectly – I didn’t spend a dime, and I didn’t have to talk to the landlord! !!
