September 6, 2011 by Amanda Formaro

This is fun isn’t it? I have to admit I never would have thought to turn an old record album into a clock, but it’s really an ideal project. it’s fun and funky and would perfect for a game room, college dorm or man cave! Head over to Polish The Stars to see the Funky Record Clock.

Fun thing, the same day I read this I also found another, slightly unusual, vinyl record clock tut here: http://www.365slojd.se/?p=9981

(Presented as “for the math nerd” since it doesn’t show number as such, but rather tell you the time as e.g. 3(π – 0,14) to √4 — or a quarter to two for us who used to sleep during math class.)
