A Christmas Story: The House Made of Paper

December 18, 2010 by Amanda Formaro

When this project first caught my eye, I thought I was just going to look at some cool house made from paper. Instead, I read a story about a wonderful heartfelt gift given 20 years ago from a broke college student to her parents. The gift was this replica of her childhood home, complete with flower beds and handprints in the concrete. I loved this story, but I loved even more that her parents still have it, displayed under a plexiglass box some 20 years later. Go see this awesome paper house and read the loving story behind it at The Magic of Ordinary Things.

    Amanda,

How sweet of you to feature my little paper house. Thank you so much. My parents will really enjoy seeing this.
