February 3, by Larissa Coleman. 5 Comments

tiny

Think for a minute of the size of your home.  Most of us are more than happy in our homes, while some of us wish we had more space.  Have you ever thought about living with as little as your possibly can?  Not just as a little vacation, or a getaway home, but for your permanent home.  These 18 homes are tiny and very inspirational when you think of what little they live with.  They really make you consider all of the materialistic things we live with in our world.

My house is ~950 SF with a basement for storage – small enough! They’re cute to look at, would make fun vacation homes..but forever? No. (and yes, link doesn’t work)

I could live in a tiny house. As long as I also had a good sized place to store my craft supplies!

Taste of Home Handmade Christmas

Hi everyone! I recently got my hands on the book “Taste of Home Handmade Christmas” and let me tell you, it’s a real gem. If you’re someone who loves to create and give homemade gifts during the holidays, this book is for you.

The book is filled with so many creative and fun ideas for homemade gifts, from whimsical elves made of felt to custom greeting cards. The best part is that it caters to all levels of crafting experience, so whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, you’ll find projects that you’ll love making. The Canning Lid Coasters, Pinecone Fire Starters and Silver Chain Earrings are some of my personal favorites.

The book is divided into chapters that cover different aspects of holiday decorating and gift-giving. The “Deck the Halls” chapter is all about home décor and makes for ideal hostess gifts. The “Easy Jewelry Ideas” chapter is perfect for those of us who aren’t pro crafters but still want to create impressive pieces. “Nature Inspired Surprises” is for those who want to share their love of the great outdoors with friends and family. And the “Kitschy Christmas” chapter is for those who love to bring a little humor to the holidays, with silly toys and treats for Fido.

One of my favorite things about this book is that it’s so user-friendly. The projects are simple and easy to follow, with clear instructions and plenty of helpful tips. Plus, many of the projects can be done with kids, which makes them a great family activity.

I highly recommend the “Taste of Home Handmade Christmas” to anyone who loves to create and give homemade gifts during the holidays. It’s filled with so many inspiring and fun ideas, and the best part is that you can make gifts that will touch hearts and create memories that will last a lifetime. So what are you waiting for? Grab a copy today and get crafting!
