They are actually made from straw and not hard to make. they are also very faschionable in Germany, but you can buy them cheaple at Ikea as well. Happy holidays

Sorry for all those typos in the first post…I can actually type when it’s not late at night;-). You’ll find some German tutorials if you look for “strohsterne basteln” “strohsterne diy” or “strohsterne tutorial”. it’s really quite simple and we used to make them as kids. I just remember that you have to soak them in warm water first, then you can use them as they are or iron them to make them flat. In Germany, you can find all kinds of handy little items to work with straw at craft stores. wishing you a wonderful christmas
