Diaramas are near and dear to me. I love this idea, the shape is perfect. I think I am going to turn them upside down an make them look like elaborate Hawaiian drinks. Paint the background, add slices of fruit, plastic of course, flowers and ice cubes. Top with a toy umbrella that sticks out of the top of the can. It could work you know.
I LOVE this!!! I almost wish I had kids so I could do it with them. Almost. I agree with the above commenter – dioramas rock! Has anyone written a book yet on the subject? If not, it needs to be done. Imagine – dioramas from across the decades!
I love this, too, but when I got this in the email from M.S. and crew, they touted it as using “household items” like we all have an old ham tin, tufted pipe cleaners, and tiny skier figures hanging around. It is a cute idea, but would require a pretty extensive trip to the store, for me :).
LOVE this!! wow…
